Registration deadline: until June 12, 2019 inclusive
Form of participation: There are three forms of participation :
1) In PERSON Participation, with a visit to Denmark: the author independently carries the work to the exhibition-competition in Copenhagen and stay there for the entire period of the exhibition;
2) Participation Full-TIME, without visiting Denmark: the organizing Committee transports originals or copies of works to the exhibition-competition in Copenhagen and back; collection of art objects is carried out in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Minsk and Kiev, see "Contacts of the organizing Committee";
3) Participation in ABSENTIA: works are provided in electronic form, the organizing Committee prints photographs of competitive art objects, A3 size and exhibit them.
Documents required for participation in the exhibition and competition program:
(Please note: for full-time* and in absentia** participation send the same sets of materials!)
1) participant Questionnaire (download the questionnaire in Word, PDF);
2) Label for each competition entry (download the label in Word, PDF);
3) Personal photo of the author (s);
4) Photos of art objects presented at the exhibition-competition;
5) Confirmation of payment of the registration fee (a copy of the receipt, payment information, etc.):

Deadlines for submission of materials for participation in the exhibition in Denmark: June 10, 2019 inclusive
In the subject line indicate the name and initials of the artist and the name of the competition, such as "Ivanov SP Painting".

The competition program of the art Week in Denmark includes:
1) Painting Contest
2) Graphics Contest
3) Pastel Contest
4) Watercolor Contest
5) Textile Contest
6) Arts & Crafts Contest
Specifications:
1) Technical characteristics of the submitted works:
a) full-time participation: the size of the canvas/sheet/art object – no more than 80 cm on the larger side (including the frame) and no more than 3 kg.;
b) absentee participation: the file is not less than 200 dpi, up to 20 MB
3) the Author (group of co-authors) can present any number of art objects in any category, but each art object (single canvas or series: diptych or triptych) will be evaluated as an independent work;
4) Registration of competitive works:
a) All full-time work must be provided with a label-inventory (label 7x4 cm., in the lower right corner, on the front side). The label includes: a) surname, name of the author (co-authors) b) city C) name d) technique d) dimensions g) year of creation, e) nomination, g) cost.
b) For full-time participants: each competition entry must have mounting / hooks for hanging on a vertical panel or mounting, preventing the collapse of the object.
C) For absentee participants: the contest works are submitted to the organizing Committee in the form of files in the format .jpeg or .tiff; not less than 200 dpi, not more than 20 Mb.
